Refund policy

We offer a 14-day hassle free return policy for all of our products purchased at full retail price from Palmer Henley directly.  Discounted or display models are final sales and not subject to returns/exchanges. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you setup with a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All product returns must be shipped/returned back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories, and must be sent within 14 days from submission to be eligible for a refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. Credit card purchases are subject to an additional 4% fee to cover processing fees.  Palmer Henley, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 25% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition, or if there are missing components, accessories, or missing packaging. In addition, Palmer Henley reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components, accessories, packaging, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items, floor models, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.  Furniture that has been used and placed outside is not eligible for returns/exchanges. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items, floor models, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Furniture that has been used and placed outside is not eligible for returns/exchanges. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
